‘All My Sons’ gets October extension

The acclaimed production of Arthur Miller’s All My Sons, which stars Zoë Wanamaker and David Suchet, has proved such a hit that its run at the Apollo theatre has been extended until 2 October.

The production, described by the Daily Telegraph as “A classic production never to be forgotten”, opened in May and was originally expected to close on 11 September.

‘There are no better performances than in ‘All My Sons’

The actors in All My Sons have been praised by a West End theatre critic for their performances in the play.

Henry Hitchings from the London Evening Standard said “you won’t find better performances in the West End right now than those of David Suchet and Zoe Wanamaker”, who play Joe and Kate Keller in the Arthur Miller adaptation.

He also said Jemima Rooper manages to be warm and twinkly but also soulful in her role of Ann, the fiancee of a man killed in action during the war.
